Protein Chocolate Cupcakes
Modern and delicious dessert protein chocolate cupcakes.
Today, we are considering a popular and modern dessert with a chocolate flavor and a reduced calorie content-protein chocolate cupcakes!
- Chicken eggs — 2 pcs.
- Chocolate-flavored protein — 4 tablespoons (this product is ideal)
- Ground oatmeal — 90 gr.
- Milk — 120 ml.
- Low-fat yogurt — 150 ml.
- Vanilla extract — 2 tsp.
- Ground cinnamon — 2 -½ tsp.
- Baking powder — 2 tsp.
The first thing to do is to grind the oatmeal in a blender. Next, mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Place the resulting mixture in silicone cups greased with butter and place the cups in a baking tray. Fill the silicone cups with no more than three-quarters of the capacity. After baking, the cupcakes will rise.
Bake in the oven at a temperature of 175°C for 15 minutes.
Let the cupcakes cool and then decorate the top with any fruit jam of your choice.
